73. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 22ND DECEMBER 2011:

The Minutes of the 22nd December 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

Brightlingsea Town Council cannot see any objections to this application

11/01484/FUL –  Proposed alteration with side single storey and garden room extension – 2 Bell Green, Brightlingsea
Strongly support Approval

11/01509/FUL –  Proposed change of use from office to two bedroom flat – 2 Lower Park Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

12/00005/TCA –  1 No. Sycamore – reduce to previous cutting points – 7 John Street, Brightlingsea
