  1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 29TH OCTOBER 2015:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 29th October 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

 

None received.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

 

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

            All members present declared a personal interest in the following item:

 

Application No: 15/01508/FUL – Extension of All Saints Churchyard to change a woodland area adjacent to the current churchyard into a cemetery – Gravesend Wood, Moverons Lane, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council is not making a comment in this application.

 

Application No: 15/01636/FUL – Division of existing house into two new dwellings comprising of one five bedroom house and one four bedroom house – Brightlingsea Hall, Church Road, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval

 

Councillors Dixon and V Chapman both declared a personal interest in the following item:
