13. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 27TH JUNE 2013:

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 27th June 2013 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

14. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS: 
 
None were declared.

15. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

13/00667/LBC – Alterations to single storey extensions to main building to create improved kitchen and utility area – Lower Green Cottage, 30 Victoria Place, Brightlingsea
Recommend Approval

13/00695/FUL – Replace existing dilapidated wooden windows with double glazed upvc units of similar design – YMCA, 55 High Street, Brightlingsea
Recommend  Approval

13/00709/FUL – Erection of rear extension, alterations to existing roof to include insertion of dormers and change garage flat roof to pitched roof – 49 Chapel Road, Brightlingsea
Strongly Recommend Approval

Councillor J Chapman declared a personal interest in the following item

13/00722/FUL – Residential development comprising 18 houses, garages, car ports, access road and landscaping – Former Astralux Site, Red Barn Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend approval in spite of the shortfall in 106 contribution
