465. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 17TH SEPTEMBER 2009:
The Minutes of the 17th September 2009 be approved as a true record of the meeting.
466. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
Cllrs Dixon and Russell both declared a personal interest in application 09/00874/FUL.
467. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
Cllrs Dixon and Russell both declared a prejudicial interest in the following item, and left the meeting.
09/00874/FUL Church of All Saints, Church Road, Brightlingsea – To improve access to the new memorial garden/ash laws for pedestrians, wheel chair users and other visitors with disabilities, avoiding the inconvenience of having to use the Lych Gate: -New pedestrian access from highway (cycleway)
– New gate recessed slightly inside churchyard from wall (boundary)
– New tarmac path from highway (Cycleway) to memorial garden
– Installation of memorial stone
It has been noted that retrospective planning permission has been approved in this case.
09/00949/LEUX 9 Brightlingsea Leisure Village, Promenade Way, Brightlingsea – Full time, all year residential usage of mobile home no. 6 Haven village as shown on plans
Brightlingsea Town Council makes no comment as ground landlord but adds that the Town Council is mindful that it is a holiday caravan with a planning condition restricting residency to the holiday period and it is in an area subject to flood risk. Therefore, we would hope that Tendring District Council would adhere to and follow current planning law.
09/00986/FUL Haven Village, Promenade Way, Brightlingsea – Variarion of condition 03 of planning permission TEN/612/87 to allow caravans to be occupied from 12 noon – 10 pm on Monday, from 8 am to 10 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and from 8 am to 12 noon on Friday, all year round
