Councillor Janet Russell was elected Chairman for the meeting.

  1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 27TH NOVEMBER 2014:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 27th November 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

14/01745/FUL – Change of use from residential storage to residential dwelling and demolition of existing rear extension and replacement with larger structure. Replacement windows and doors on front and rear elevations – 13-15 Western Road, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval – Brightlingsea Town Council likes the proposal.

 

14/01749/FUL – Proposed single storey rear extension – 1 Maltings Road, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval

 

14/01766/FUL – New balcony area at first floor together with alterations at first and ground floor to facilitate a loft conversion – Mill Farm, Hurst Green, Brightlingsea
