The Minutes of the meeting held on the 28th May 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
15/00845/TCA – Re-pollard Oak, crown clean and remove dead wood – Horse Chestnut – Brightlingsea Hall, Church Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objection to the proposal
15/00843/LUEX – Continued use of bungalow as dwelling house (Class C3) – Dar Taghna, Church Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council makes no further comment on this application
15/00831/FUL – Creation of 4 first floor flats on old warehouse including new entrance lobby – 21 Station Road, Brightlingsea
Recommend Objection – The Town Council has serious reservations due to the lack of parking facilities in the area of Victorian properties with no parking, increasing the problems associated with parking in the area and the absence of provision for refuse.
The Town Council also agrees with the comments submitted direct to Tendring District Council on the 9th June 2015.
