Mr Bradley gave members a copy of the Development Management Policies booklet – February 2011 – available to view on request. Following an interesting presentation various questions were asked, the Spring Road application was reiterated and the possible traffic impact on the much discussed waste site. Those present were most interested in this aspect. Councillor Chapman suggested that Matthew might need to come again to discuss this topic further, with the full council, and all were in agreement. A copy of the power point presentation to be circulated in due course.
