073. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 13TH DECEMBER 2012:

The Minutes of the 13th December 2012 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

074. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS: 
 
None were declared.

075. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

12/01354/FUL – Variation of condition 03 of planning permission 12/00368/FUL to allow use of ashbury plain tiles to restoration to roof for plot 3 – Plot 3, Land at George Avenue, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council feel that this is a satisfactory substitute

12/01423/LEUX – Continued occupation of dwelling without compliance with condition No. 3 – an agricultural occupancy condition – 2 Lower Farm, Lower Farm Lane, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council will be very happy to allow this application especially in view of the inspector allowing the appeal at cottage no. 2

12/01426/FUL – Ground mounted solar PV array – Plough House, Lower Farm Lane, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council is very happy to approve
