  1. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 26TH NOVEMBER 2015:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 26th November 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS:

 

None received.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

 

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

Application No: 15/01545/FUL – Outbuilding/garage – 73 Tower Street, Brightlingsea

Recommend Refusal – inappropriate in location and bigger than first application

 

Application No: 15/01762/FUL – 1 ½ storey side extension and new raised roof for a loft conversion – 6 Kirkhurst Close, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval

 

Application No: 15/01779/FUL – Demolition of part of two single storey rear extensions. Construction of a new two storey rear extension. Construction of a stone portico and garden railings with gate. Installation of two sash windows to master bedroom – 81 Sydney Street, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council can see no reason to object
