The Minutes of the meeting held on the 26th June 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
14/00832/FUL – Single Storey flat roofed rear extension – 14 Queen Street, Brightlingsea
14/00837/FUL – Erection of cattle barn and lambing shed – Freelands Farm, Lower Farm Lane, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council has its doubts that there is sufficient acreage to have so much diversity in this farming enterprise
14/00839/FUL – Single storey rear extension – 16 Whitegate Road, Brightlingsea
Brightlingsea Town Council can not see any reason to refuse this application
14/00847/FUL – New external staircase and minor external alterations to serve a first floor flat including window replacement and new external entrance door – 16 High Street, Brightlingsea
14/00854/FUL – Proposed single storey rear extension and retention of two garden sheds – 8 Oysters Reach, Brightlingsea
Letter from TDC concerning an appeal for The Priory Estate, St Osyth, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO16 8NY – Members agreed that a letter is sent to the Planning Inspectorate detailing our response as listed in the minutes of the meeting held on 26th May 2011.
