436. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:

437. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
09/00455/FUL Mr Steve Breeden, Brightlingsea Motel, 1 High Street, Brightlingsea – Retention of newly build mono pitch roof to perimeter of breakfast room
Recommend Approval
09/00585/FUL Mr David Gibbons, Brightlingsea Sailing Club, Waterside, Oyster Tank Road, Brightlingsea – Installation of new windows and doors to main room of club house
Recommend Approval
09/00638/FUL Mr Mick Davy, Land opposite rear of 75 Tower Street, Lime Street, Brightlingsea – Variation of condition 02 and 03 of planning permission 08/01144/FUL regarding blockwork walls, wire fencing and landscaping
Brightlingsea Town Council strongly recommends refusal as the conditions imposed (no 2 & 3) are in accordance with planning policy. Lime Street is insufficiently made up to carry the sort of traffic that could arise and the Town Council is mindful of the seasonal restrictions which already exist, because of the state of the road, which is a public footpath not suitable for regular motor traffic.
438. CLOSE OF MEETING:
There being no further business to discuss the Meeting closed at 7.40 p.m.
