027.      CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 24TH JULY 2014:

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on the 24th July 2014 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

 

14/00968/FUL – Proposed two storey side & rear extension – 31 George Avenue, Brightlingsea

Recommend Approval – a more interesting street scene

 

Councillor Dixon declared a personal interest in the following item.

 

14/01013/LUPROP – Siting of a single storey mobile lodge – 20 Seaview Road, Brightlingsea

The District Council should not have validated this application because it has used an out of date street plan – The location plan does not include Walmer Close, between 18-16 Seaview Road

 

14/00955/FUL – Restoration of historic park landscape; bunding; re-grading of approximately 9 hectares of land; construction and alterations to access driveway; landscaping and ancillary works – The Priory Estate, St Osyth

Brightlingsea Town Council makes no comment on this application
