The Minutes of the meeting held on the 19th March 2015 were approved as a true record of the meeting.

Town Council is unhappy about lawful use as it warned the District Council that this might happen when the applicant originally applied

 

15/00413/FUL – Rear first floor bedroom extension – 43 Upper Park Road, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council are concerned for the next door neighbours and its overdevelopment of the site

 

15/00420/FUL – Rear two storey and single storey extensions including new windows to passage –31 Colne Road, Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Town Council have no reason to object to this application

 

15/00425/TELLIC – Installation of BT Cabinet – S/O Brightlingsea Library, New Street, Brightlingsea – FOR INFORMATION ONLY
