Natural England is to hold a drop-in session in Brightlingsea Parish Hall to give people the chance to find out more about its plans for an England Coast Path.

Work has started already started work on the walk, which will eventually see people able to walk the entire English Coast. Discussions about the section between Salcott and Jaywick, which will include Brightlingsea, are now in the early stages, and will involve landowners, local and national organisations. Members of the public can have an input too, and can see the proposals at the Parish Hall on Saturday, January 30, from 9.30am to 1pm.
