In view of the fact that there is a planning application being processed for the completion of the Marina and if consent is obtained the applicants have indicated they would start work as soon as possible, it is not reasonable to proceed with this as no doubt changes will have to be made in relation the changes to be made with the buildings.

More advice is required from the Police and other Authorities as to ‘Double Yellow Lines on corners and or 20 mph speed restriction covering the area.



The autumn report on the busses had no mention of Brightlingsea, however, the current timetable does include the early and late times that have been contracted by the County Council in the past.

There is a meeting in Clacton at the beginning of next month which I intend to attend and try to find out what is exactly what is happening in Brightlingsea.
