Plans for the development of a holiday and residential complex at Lower Farm, East End Green in Brightlingsea will be discussed by the Town Council on Thursday, March 21, at the earlier time of 10.30am.

The application, by Colchester-based Honace Ltd, proposes a mix of retirement apartments, holiday lodges and glamping units with a clubhouse and leisure facilities including sailing, canoeing and fishing.

Plans can be viewed in the Town Council offices on weekdays between 9am and 1.30pm, and are available on Tendring District Council’s web-site: tendringdc.gov.uk
