Footpaths & Open Spaces
After representation made by a member of the public, discussions have taken place with Hopkins Homes concerning the boundary of their site and also footpath 10 (from the United Reformed Church through to Gravel Field).

“Good Morning Graham
Further to our meeting on the 9th August 2017 at the development I can confirm the following ;
The fence line to the rear of our plots 31-35 Inc. ( affordable properties ) is correctly positioned, the small trees ( 2 number ) that were within our land were removed as they were within plot footpaths in the rear gardens.
The trees that are adjacent to the rear boundary of plots 36, 40&41 will remain as they are outside of our legal boundary.
