I have been working with a local family and Swan Care. They needed a new central heating tank and Swan managed to get them a £700 grant towards the work.

I was involved in a forced entry where we found a resident had fallen and broken her leg, this came to our attention by a neighbour who had checked up on them after reading the “the do you know where your neighbour is” leaflet.
