No news yet on the W. Prom toilets which remain closed due to no electricity, etc.

Dealing with various queries from beach hut owners and cafe owner.  Liaising with TDC and Beach Hut Association Chairman.

Also dealing with a query about the Boating Lake.

Held a meeting with Scout Leaders (Mark and Marianne) with Terry, Tracey and myself.  Tracey has sent them a copy of the notes she took and a copy of the letter we sent to Music Festival Chairman.  There were various issues they wanted to discuss such as insurance and permission to throw away any damaged equipment that belongs to BTC.

Report on Jacob’s Hall to follow via e.mail to Cllrs.

I was asked to deal with a problem with the church clock, which was chiming all night.  Spoke to Terry who asked Willie to look.  He made a temporary repair and stopped the clanger.  Howard’s Horologists from Diss then came on the 11th and made further temporary repair.  They will return with a new timer.  The church will deal with the ingress of water that has caused the problem.

Report on meetings attended on the 13th and 14th to follow in due course.

Unable to attend recent TDALC meeting.  Janet R. will report.

Forwarded info. I had received about dropped kerbs to ECC and copied in Janet A.

Contacted Horizon with a complaint and advised Janet A.
