591. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 14TH OCTOBER 2010:
The Minutes of the 14th October 2010 are approved as a true record of the meeting.
592. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
None were declared.
593. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
10/01137/FUL 65 Regent Road, Brightlingsea – Erection of single storey rear extension to form annexe
10/01158/FUL 10 Dover Road, Brightlingsea – Single storey rear extension with flat roof
Councillors D Dixon and J Chapman declared a prejudicial interest in the following application:
10/01199/FUL Land off Eastern Road, Brightlingsea – Erection of one four bed detached house with double garage
Recommend Refusal on safety of access grounds
Members were notified that in the Supporting Planning Statement, section 1, paragraph 2, the Agent has stated that the Chair of Brightlingsea Town Council has made a comment that Brightlingsea Town Council would not object to one property on the site. Please note, the Chair, Councillor Mike Holding, was not present at this meeting, only Councillors Steady, Beckwith and V Chapman.
