Youth
Objectives:
• Form management structure for Warrens Pond that is fit for purpose. AGM planned for mid January 2012.
• Enter into a dialogue with youth organisations to help the achieve their aims and aspirations
Warrens Pond
The AGM was held on the 27th January 2012 with 13 people in attendance. The following officers were elected:
Chairman – Graham Steady
Secretary – James Connelly
Treasurer – Richard Hodge
Membership Secretary – Mark Gleed
Maintenance Officer – Mark Gleed
All the rest showed interest to support the officers and help in the management of the pond.

Energize Day - 2012
Discussions in preparation are already taking place following the success of this year’s event.
4-Youth
Pleased to report that 4-Youth have an agreement in principle to obtain a 2-year lease at their current facility in Tower Street. The refurbishment plan is progressing well to bring the building more in line with acceptable standards.
Another auction has been arranged for Saturday 28th January 2012. If anyone has any items to donate for the auction, they will be gratefully received.
