Services for Older People Member with Special Responsibility for Services for Older People. Report from Cllr J Chapman The “BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR” campaign has started with an article being printed in the Chronicle. I am working along side the local Police. This was brought about by the death of two elderly residents who were found in their homes. T.D.C are proposing to charge Blue badge holders parking fees, this follows on from the proposal of E.C.C. to perhaps charge a one of payment of £10 when residents apply for their badges.
