22. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 7TH JULY 2011:

The Minutes of the 7th July 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

24. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

11/00788/FUL -  To remodel an existing footpath.  To provide a dropped kerb leading to an existing driveway and garage - 32 Ladysmith Avenue, Brightlingsea
Welcome approval

11/00789/FUL -  To remodel an existing footpath to provide a dropped kerb leading to an existing driveway - Roma House, 26 Ladysmith Avenue, Brightlingsea 
Welcome approval

11/00480/FUL – Letter of Appeal: Removal of Condition 3 on consent for TEN/591/74 Brightlingsea Town Council to send a letter to Inspectorate in support for the appellant and request for representation at the Hearing.
