17. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 23RD JUNE 2011:

The Minutes of the 23rd June 2011 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

ESS/27/11/TEN – Eastern Waste Dispoasl, Morses Lane Industrial Estate, Morses Lane, Brightlingsea – Retrospective planning permission for the installation of two weighbridges and weighbridge office
No Objection

11/00703/FUL – 21 Cedar Avenue, Brightlingsea – Rear Conservatory
Recommend Approval

11/00707/FUL – 109 Red Barn Road, Brightlingsea – Replacement of felt flat roof with tiled lean-to roof
Recommend Approval – Better than existing.
 
11/00718/FUL – 3 Lower Farm, Lower Farm Lane, Brightlingsea – Removal of Condition 03 of planning permission TEN/591/74, to remove occupancy of dwelling for persons wholly or mainly employed in agriculture
Brightlingsea Town Council have no objection to this application
