556. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 24TH JUNE 2010:
The Minutes of the 24th June 2010 are approved as a true record of the meeting.
557. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:
None were declared.
558. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
10/00666/FUL Mr Wright, 16 Station Road, Brightlingsea – Two storey rear extension and over roof to existing single storey element.
Brightlingsea Town Council have no objection to this application
10/00667/FUL Brightlingsea Harbour Commissioners, The Wreck House, Waterside, Brightlingsea – The refurbishment of the Wreck House, including roof repairs-re-rendering the external walls, removing part of the existing floor, installing a new stairway and w.c. Internal decorations. All previously approved under 08/00295/LBC. Increasing the height of the main doors.
The Town Council approves this application
