551. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 10TH JUNE 2010:

The Minutes of the 10th June 2010 are approved as a true record of the meeting.

552. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:

553. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:
 
10/00629/FUL Mr & Mrs J Harden, 30 Marennes Crescent, Brightlingsea – Proposed rear extension and internal modifications for form utility room
Recommend Approval
  
10/00637/FUL Mr K Bevan, 34 Seaview Road, Brightlingsea – Extension and alterations
Recommend Refusal – the position of the dormer does not address the street schene  problem.

10/00647/FUL Mrs Carolyn Rix, Brightlingsea Play Centre, The Pavilion, Bayard  Recreation Ground, Regent Road, Brightlingsea – Provision of a temporary six bay modular  building with toilet facilities until 31st July 2017
The applicant withdraws the application and renegotiates with the owner (Brightlingsea  Town Council) the siting of the building.
