525. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 1ST APRIL 2010:

The Minutes of the 1st April 2010 be approved as a true record of the meeting.

526. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL & PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS:

527. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

The following applications had been received by Tendring District Council:

10/00347/FUL 19 Western Road, Brightlingsea – Proposed single rear extension and alteration to existing front door and side elevation window
Recommend Approval

Cllr Russell declared a personal interest in the following item

10/00354/FUL 26-30 High Street, Brightlingsea – Change of use of vacant shop unit to an estate agents office
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objection to this change of use

Cllr Dixon declared a Prejudicial Interest in the following item and left the meeting.  Cllr Holding chaired the meeting.

10/00364/OUT The Victoria, 55 Spring Road, Brightlingsea – Demolition of public house and erection of 3 no. dwelling houses with parking
Brightlingsea Town Council has no objection provided there are only three houses on this site
