Have you taken a picture of Brightlingsea you'd like to share on the Town Council website? Send it to us and we'll add it to the Random Pictures section on the home page.
Any picture from a digital camera or a digital picture should be suitable for use - jpeg, gif, tif, psd, bmp, etc. We can't use files embedded in Word or Publisher documents. The pictures on the site are quite small, so your images should be clear without too much small detail for best results. We're also looking to use residents' pictures for the banner at the top of the site too - especially images that reflect the changing seasons in the town. No prizes - but we'll credit the sender of every picture we use! For details on file types and where to send your pictures, read on... We can't prevent pictures being downloaded from the site (though they will be small and won't print very well) so if you are concerned about your picture possibly turning up elsewhere, please don't send them. Copyright will remain with the sender of the picture, though by sending pictures to us you are giving us permission to use it on the site as we see fit.
